34.4 kmExploring Murramarang Rd and various fire trails from Pretty Beach in Brroman State Forrest.
Boulder Rd is cut off from the west by a downed tree, and interesected by private property from the east. Other routes were also cut off by larger trees we didn't feel like dealing with.

Brooman SF, The Masts, Old Coach Road to Monkey Mountain (12/1/19, 4:13:09pm)
59.4 kmStarted on Dangerboard Rd out of Pretty Beach.
Tried to find an entry into South Brooman SF. Hapgood Rd is private property. Sheep Track is closed permanently by bulldozed trees with hi-vis from Princes Hwy. As is boardinghouse rd access.
Found a few camps.
Cpt 48/3 was nice, there are two accesses, the original marked trail, and an easier one. but was blocked by a downed tree. Could've been dealt with, but we turned back.
Continued along Old Coach Rd. Came to a "part closed" sign, but a local confirmed that it was to keep the tourists out. Suggested we might like a trip to The Masts.
Directions led to Cpt 42/1. The radio/telecomunications masts at the top of the hill.
Continued along Old Coach Road until it joins Monkey Mountain Rd, then returned to Pretty Beach.
Some nice views, and some challenging swails/ruts.
A pleasant trip.
