This trail is now paved, but still worth the views in my opinion. It can get congested up there on the weekends.

Tray Mountain Road has a little bit of everything for beginners. Every technical section can be as easy or hard as you want. Just choose the your lines based on your skill level. There are ruts, off camber climbs, water holes, narrow sections, and every now and then you have to figure out how to pass a 2wd dually that somehow decided it was a good idea to come up the road and get stuck. I used 4x4 a couple times and lockers once just because i wanted to try a more technical line.

There are plenty of off shoots that I have not explored yet. From what I could tell those could get you in some trouble as it looks like red necks have rutted them out.

Short pull off of Conasauga Lake Rd. Road goes up to an area that looks like it is used as a dump for the lake. Climb on top of a small hill on foot to get an awesome view of the sunset.

Road leads down to a beautiful lake. About 0.3miles in the road on the maps is closed, but another road veers west. Some parking areas with no camaping signs. The end of the track has a boat ramp. Beware there was a tree across the ramp and it is a soft bottom ramp. There seems to be people who have camped at the end. Not sure if it is allowed. Track is easy. 2WD
